Use [dctc_support_user_tickets] to place a customer’s support ticket list on a page separately from the ticket submission form. The shortcode supports filters and display options so the list can fit the page’s purpose.
Add a customer ticket list
- Create or edit the page where customers should review their support requests.
- Add a Shortcode block and enter
[dctc_support_user_tickets]. - Publish or update the page, then test it using a customer account and the intended guest-access flow.
- Confirm the displayed tickets, filters, and create-request action match the page configuration.
Supported display attributes
| Attribute | Purpose |
|---|---|
status | Set the initial status filter; the default is all. |
category / category_id | Filter the list by a support category. |
per_page / limit | Set the number of tickets shown per page; limit takes precedence when supplied. |
show_search | Show or hide the ticket search field. |
show_filters / show_filter | Show or hide the filter controls; show_filter is accepted as an alternate attribute. |
show_create_button | Show or hide the create-request button. |
show_header | Show or hide the list header. |
title / subtitle | Override the heading and supporting text. |
For example, [dctc_support_user_tickets show_search="false" show_filters="false"] requests a simpler list without the search and filter controls.
Check customer access
- Make sure the Support Center module is enabled.
- Test with the intended customer login state; do not assume that an administrator’s view matches a customer’s view.
- Verify that the page displays only tickets available to the current customer or authorized guest session.
- For a separate submission page, see Add a Standalone Support Ticket Form. For a combined experience, see Publish the Customer Support Portal.
