Dragwyb Click to Chat adds a floating launcher to your WordPress site so visitors can open the communication channels you configure. This section explains how to set channel destinations, choose the launcher’s position and size, control where it appears, and personalize WhatsApp greetings with the current page title and URL.
Where to configure the widget
Open Dashboard → Click to Chat → Settings → 1. General. In the Social Channels Widget module, use Configure Channels & Layout to open the channel builder. On the main settings page, use Save Settings for module switches; inside the channel builder, select Save Changes to save channel, customization, and targeting options.
What you can configure
- Channels and destinations: Enable the channels you need and enter their corresponding destination details. The inspected version includes WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, phone, email, Instagram, Telegram, SMS, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.
- Floating launcher: Choose the bottom-left or bottom-right corner, or use custom positioning with vertical and horizontal offsets. Customize launcher size, icon, and optional call-to-action text.
- Widget visibility: Show the widget site-wide or limit it to selected public post types. Desktop and mobile visibility can be controlled separately, and a time delay can be configured.
- Channel chat popups: WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram include a setting to open a chat popup with a default message rather than redirecting immediately.
- Dynamic WhatsApp context: Use
{title}and{url}in a WhatsApp default message to insert the current page title and URL when the visitor activates the channel.
