How to use this trigger
- Confirm that WooCommerce is active; this trigger belongs to the optional WooCommerce integration.
- Choose the trigger that matches the exact event you need. For example, a specific order status trigger is narrower than the general Order Status Changed trigger.
- Use the available trigger data to identify the relevant order, product, customer, or cart event before mapping values into later actions.
- Test with a test order or product before enabling actions that send customer messages, change records, or affect fulfilment.
Avoid duplicate workflow runs
Some WooCommerce events can occur close together for one customer action. If you enable overlapping triggers, make sure the workflow checks the event type and does not send duplicate notifications or repeat the same update.
