Dragwyb Click to Chat lets you place the floating launcher at the bottom-left or bottom-right of the viewport, or set a custom position with vertical and horizontal offsets. Use custom positioning when the default corners overlap other floating controls or important page content.
Open widget positioning
- Go to Dashboard → Click to Chat → Settings → 1. General.
- In the Social Channels Widget module, select Configure Channels & Layout.
- Open the 2. Customization tab and find Widget Screen Position.
Choose a position
- Bottom Left: places the launcher at the lower-left corner.
- Bottom Right: places the launcher at the lower-right corner.
- Custom Position: reveals the Custom Offset Settings controls.
Set custom offsets
When Custom Position is selected, configure the following controls:
- Vertical Alignment: choose Bottom or Top.
- Vertical Distance: enter the offset value and choose
px,rem,em, or%. - Horizontal Alignment: choose Left or Right.
- Horizontal Distance: enter the offset value and choose
px,rem,em, or%.
Use small adjustments and check the preview after changing the alignment or distance. Leave enough space for page controls, consent notices, and other fixed-position elements.
Save and verify
Select Save Changes in the channel builder. Then inspect a frontend page on desktop and mobile to make sure the launcher remains visible and does not cover important content. This guide documents the source-confirmed controls; the live frontend has not been tested as part of this update.
